Cadillac Bar was my go to in PP for months, then it changed hands. The menu changed, all my favorite dishes were gone, and the food we tried was pedestrian. The staff remains and is still great, so one star is for the wait staff.

Actually the best piece of beef I’d seen and eaten in South East Asia, and it was very reasonably priced. It was a special, $9.90 for a steak with a wine. Cheap as, and much better than $30-40 steaks I’ve had back in Sydney.
