Ms Rathana and Mr Sovann , the owners of The Hut Natural, a community support project, welcome you to their countryside restaurant. The Hut Natural offers superlative traditional dishes at competitive prices in the countryside of Siem Reap. Set in a beautiful wooded area at the side of the Roluos river, phase 1 of The Hut offers discreet dining under the cover of ten wooden kjosh (Khmer gazebo). The kjosh, two of which overlook the river, surround a hectare of flower garden, sporting sunflowers, orchids, red cannas and more. The Hut also provides cooking classes and external catering services. All produce, used in the restaurants dishes, is grown locally without the use of chemicals and pesticides. The restaurant works with and supports the neighbouring farmers. Guests can also spend time learning and watching basket-weaving and silk spinning.
