Le Jardin des Dlices is a training restaurant run by the students of lcole d'Htellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule. It was founded on October 2002 and its inside of the school. The training restaurant has over +100 seats including outdoor seating overlooking an exotic garden. Sample delicious flavours from Cambodia and Western delicacies prepared and served by our students, supported by their teachers. We respect the highest hygiene standards such as the HACCP approach. We work with local suppliers to ensure quality and freshness of all of our products. All of our bakery and pastry is home-made.
