Opened by a husband and wife team, their dream was to one day have authentically Cambodian Restaurant, in their home town of Siem Reap. Now, Mahob plays host to guests, looking for a memorable and beautiful dining experience. From the key dishes Cambodia is known for, through to the more complex and innovative dishes, Owner/ Chef Sothea works tirelessly to develop menus, train his staff and lead an exceptional service. Mahob sources its fresh ingredients locally, from its own farm, and as part of a cooking class guests are welcome to join the farm and learn more about the vegetables & fresh produce of Cambodia. With an affordable wine list and great cocktails, its a perfect choice to enjoy the real side of Siem Reap, in a truly memorable location, the Khmer Wooden House and its Gardens.
