Cambodian Coffee is an initiative dreamed up by local Cambodians, a journey from crop to cup thats 100% Khmer from the coffee growers, pickers, farmers, sellers, artisan roast masters, brew and blend masters. We focus on the traditional skill of hand brew where it is done in the 60's-70's as we think that this skill is important to learn and pass on.
