Think aged prime cuts of meat along with options for pescatarians, vegetarians, even vegans. We harvest ingredients from the Shinta Mani farm and we know the farmers growing our meat. Our connection with our ingredients show in the food; from farmers who take care of the soil to the meat that comes from animals humanely cared for and processed, to our fish which is line caught and sustainable. Food respectfully and skilfully prepared is a keystone principle of our culinary team.
