Do Not go to the Heritage/Fairmont location! Trust me.Second time trying boardwalk. After my first visit at the NE location by memory express I was very impressed. Great tasting, fresh, hand made burger, Crispy fresh fries and a perfect milkshakes. Better than Five Guys and many restaurants that use frozen meat. That was the NE location.Completely different story at the Heritage/Fairmont location. The restaurant looked dirty, only a older Arabic guy working the counter and kitchen. I knew it looked sketchy but I decided to waste $20 just to try, since that location is right by my condo.Ordered the boardwalk burger, a poutine, and a strawberry shake. Not even 5 minutes later, the meal was ready. FLAT and DRY burger, if that was hand made it was terribly made. I bet it was a frozen superstore patty and pre-cooked, probably had been sitting at a heat lamp for a good 2 hours at least. Dry superstore bakery bread, giant slice of tomato, that top part that you’re supposed to throw out. That was literally the nastiest burger I’ve ever had, I mean, LITERALLY.The poutine also looked like it was made from 2 hours old fries and watery gravy. The milkshake was pretty bad too, watery and no whipped cream.I still can’t believe all the 3 items I ordered were this bad.First time ever writing a restaurant review but for this place I had to do it.The Heritage/Fairmount location is falling apart and unfortunatelly bringing the Boardwalk brand with it.No wonder it always looked dead when I drove by it.I’ll just drive to the NE next time I need a burger.

Very disappointed I had the crispy chicken burger I not sure if it was chicken it was highly processed so did not even look like chicken. My wife ordered a classic burger it was very bland and my son had the chicken tenders he refused to eat it so I tried one and I now know why he would not eat them we wont even get into that. My wife and I also had poutine they gave a lot of fries but lacking flavor. The total price was $38.53 for 2 adults and one child I would not recommend them to anybody I would rather eat at Mc Donalds .

Wasn’t amazing, wasn’t terrible. Decent burger, crispy fries, and a tasty peanut butter milkshake. I wouldn’t rush back or go out of my way, but not a disappointing experience either.

This place is big and clean for nothing! I am still sick it’s been 2 days me and my husband both ate there and we both got sick and the food was so expensive and the quality was gross!

That sucks about all the reviews on this place. I ordered the Hawaiian burger and I actually thought it was quite delicious. The place is really nice it’s clean and it’s in a good location but it is a little pricey I’ll give you all that. $7.50 for just the burger

Disappointing. The place was clean and looked good. I think they are understaffed. The burger I had was dull, tasting grey. The little spice there was seemed odd. Overpriced for what you get. Sorry but I recommend take a pass. There are other places real close that are probably better.

Not an impressive experience. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch with some chili fries. The chili tasted off, the fries were cold, but the worst part was the dark green and brown lettuce on my sandwich. I ate half my meal and threw the rest out. They should work on quality control.
