Lovely experience at Bolsa a couple of days ago! The greeting and service is great and Momma knows the exact dishes to recommend! We had the Vietnamese spring rolls which had pork and chicken stuffed inside then deep fried! They tasted lovely with the dipping sauce! The prawns in a blanket were also lovely and one whole piece of prawn in there! The chicken dumplings were incredible and I highly recommend you try them! Momma was right when she recommended we get an order to share! I had the pork in the hot pot and boy was I happy! The pork is tender, well marinated and cooked in a sweet and salty sauce! The side of rice that cane with the dish, I had replaced with their coconut rice which was incredible! Our friend ordered chicken curry and coconut rice which were both phenomenal! The satay beef pho my wife ordered was so good! The peanut satay flavor mixed well with the broth and vegetables. Highly recommended
A busy little place and the is surely because the food is good. There was a ton of shrimp in my pho sate and the broth had good flavour…not too much cilantro which can often ruin a bowl for me. The service was friendly although sparse as my drink was never refilled. They could definitively give the place a good clean.
