We are big pho fans but we wont be returning to this restaurant again. The food was alright; nothing special. The service was atrocious though, which is sad because its so close to our house! There were two female staff there working and no one offered to take drink orders, and literally the entire time we were there (approx 30 mins), one of the staff were watching videos on her phone laughing hysterically, extremely loudly, for the ENTIRE time!!! It was SO distracting and rude. We were the only people there so I guess to her she didnt care but for us, we were having a date night and it just ruined the mood. I dont care if she watches videos SILENTLY, but youre at work and its rude to your customers.

Overall the food was decent, spring rolls seemed a bit sticky, nothing to write home about. A good cleaning could go a long way…
Impressive. I don’t usually rate Vietnamese high as my standards are high in this space. I may be biased ;)I ordered the Hu Tieu which as a chicken based soup is a natural alternate choice for those who want to go beyond the usual order of Pho. The Hu Tieu was done right, and even though there was a fair amount of noodles, they did not go to waste. I actually consumed the whole bowl, rarity here. The deep fried wontons dropped in the soup was a surprisingly tasty treat and the shredded chicken was properly portioned. The broth was memorable, which says a lot.Well done Pho Nam. You made my day better, and it started out bitter, which is also a big achievement.
