I visited this place to check out the open mic night. I found the entertainment enjoyable and was enjoying myself quite well even though the service was less then par. When it came to settling up the tab for the table we had got our bill and split it up out self. We were also splitting the tip as well and as far as i am concerned the waitress should be lucky she even got at tip. After the other party with me payed there half of the bill we noticed the the math did not add up and they had payed more. when the waitress was told she said that she had added more to the bill because I had not tipped enough. First off i was not paying the full tip and second off it is not mandatory to tip in this country. I cant believe the nerve of this waitress. Beware of you bills and I will never be going back.

Good to See My Friends. Gotta say seeing all of my old friends down at Krave Steakhouse & Bar each week is great. I love it when they say..we miss seeing you at this place…but I remind em that Krave is the place where I spend my money now.03 Dec, 2013One FINAL word!. If you wish to discuss this matter further, please let me know. I would however, like to make it clear to you that being verbally abusive to our staff, on several occasions despite warnings from the management no less, will get you barred every time!!I was going to post a response and then asked myself if I could lower myself. Too bad you’re response got personal using names and hearing one side. I would have addressed my response to thunder9995…I would have also used one sentence from yours,,namely..If You Wish To Discuss This Matter Further, Please Let Me Know.10 Oct, 2013People Barred!. As a regular..met cook out back having a cig..started talking..says he has an order..asks me inside..stay at door as he cooks..waitress walks in kitchen..HOLLERS at me to say I have no business to be in kitchen…I say she is acting like a bitch…BANG! Barmaid says I am BARRED! I join the list of many in Airdrie!!!!
Personal Opinion. I go in every monday night and they have great entertainment on the stage. the wings are a must get, but they also have a nice steak sandwich and awesome cheese burger. great service always which helps make a great feeling environment. awesome place to kill time and to hang out with friends. would highly recommenced trying out bambino’s
Disappointing. Service is good, food is poor. I have eaten there a few times and it is hit and miss. I discovered that when the chef cooks, the food is great, but when the owner cooks, it is unappetizing and over-cooked. French fries were very dark nearly black, the ‘Fettuccine Alfredo’ was flavorless and was made with over-cooked mushy spaghetti noodles, not fettuccine. No bacon on my Volcano burger and garlic toast was also burnt. But like I said, the service is good. Would not recommend this place at all. Much better food to be had elsewhere.
