Great bread served by a very friendly staff.

Big deal. Just another expensive franchise.
Sourdough. The best sourdough bread I have ever had, we drive 45 minutes into Airdrie just for COBS sourdough 🙂
Best Baking in Town. I think I have tried everything they make and it has all been great. All their breads & pastries are made fresh every day. The cinnamon buns are huge and on Saturday they make a custard and coconut bun that is amazing. My favorite danish is the cranberry custard and the best scone is the raspberry white chocolate. They also have a program that supports local charitable groups as well. Good people and great products.
