I’ve eaten here twice and was disappointed two times in a row. I find it expensive for the portions and the food is very bland and generic. It is a typical fast food set up and altogether just meh. Support local and head to Playa!
I’ve been here a few times, thank God I was with someone who paid cause they like this place. It’s alright but not a go to place for me, burrito places in Canada are not very authentic, cheaply made and the service is bland.
Costa Vida has really fun, approachable staff. They also have amazing food, that tastes fresh and flavorful! There supervisor also supported our local rugby club and I truly appreciate there efforts. I will continue to eat here and highly recommend it.
Exceptional customer service. I don’t regularly eat out… So to find myself returning to the same restaurant once a week has really made me want to vouch for the management team here. The young ladies that have taken over really know how to serve and respect a customer. I have seen the way they treat their regulars, and I have also witnessed how they respected and cared for brand new customers. They recognize that I have been returning and the GM Kayla even thanked me for returning and directly mentioned how excited she was to see me return. These guys are good. And their food is to die for none the less. I strongly suggest that the previous reviews give these guys a second chance because the revamp has got me as excited as them. Favourite dish: Steak Burrito!
Amazing!!!!. The staff are unreal, so helpful and caring!!! The food is excellent for a great price!!!! Definitely a go to spot !!!
Absolutely love Costa Vida! I really can’t say this enough. As I read through the reviews I am seeing tons of bad comments about customer service and management. However, management has recently changed and the new manager is absolutely fantastic as are all of the employees I have had recently. My advice to anyone who has left a bad review… Give them another chance. It will be worth it!
Great Fast Food Restaurant. I was there on this past weekend with a friend she visits frequently….it was great the staff was very helpful with me being my first time and not really knowing what to choose. Will go back again for sure.V
