Always amazing, I’ve followed him around a few locations and the menu and service have always been fabulous. Only complaint is that they need to be open for lunch mode often!
They don’t have pizza anymore, but their pasta was delicious. Food came out fast and service was great. Prices are reasonable too. Reservations are recommended though, because the space is not very big.
To foodie123. Thank you for your uninformed opinion. I was as polite as possible in my review. One of out party requested separate checks but that was too difficult for our server. Nearly an hour for the appetizers and an hour and a half for the entrees in a half full restaurant. Our server had no clue what the problem was (or even that there was a problem). A tip is earned – she got what she worked for. We won’t be holding you up in future, neither will others we know. Good luck!25 Apr, 2015No longer a favorite. We’ve come to this restaurant innumerable times over the years enjoying the food and service. Last night we went with a party of six to celebrate a milestone birthday. Although the restaurant wasn’t more than half full, it took quite a long time fore the appetizers to arrive. Roughly an hour later we asked our server what the holdup for the entres was. She had no idea and didn’t seem to have any interest. Finally they were brought to the table although one person’s pizza took 3 or 4 minutes longer.When we complained, the owner offered a bottle of wine which we declined as we had all lost our appetites and our interest. No discount was made on the bill. As we left I told the owner again how disappointed we were and that we wouldn’t be back. We went down the stairs showered with abuse. Surely the worst treatment by an owner I’ve ever seen. The food was good but the experience won’t be repeated by this diner. Too bad – it used to be a favourite.
