I could not believe that this place has such a low overall rating. Don’t believe it. The service is great. I have never been to a place with such great and friendly staff!! They are cheerful, know the menu, accommodating to changes to your order and down right genuine. There is a varied selection of food to choose from. The steaks are cooked to perfection. The salads fresh and wonderful..They do not skimp on the portions.. Many items on the menu have different sized portions for you to choose from. I had the crab n sirloin excellent. the smugglers cove chicken smothered with scallops and prawns Yum cleaned my plate. Nice choices of wine and the beer on tap do dye for..I ate at only MR Mikes the entire week while working in Airdrie.!! The only reason I gave it a 4.5 instead of 5 is because they took the clam chowder I loved off the menu!! Thanks to all the staff for making all my visits to Mr Mikes great.!!
The dinner was great and service was fast. We had a comfortable time watching he Blue Jays game in the bar area. I also want to comment on the management staff and just mention that he is very professional and efficient. Mr. Mikes supported in our local team and we can not thank them enough for this.
I eat hear 4-5 times a month and have never been disappointed.The staff if friendly,knowledgeably, and check back often to makes sure you have everything and if is ok.The burgers are best in town and wraps fresh hot and delicious.Steaks great, steak bites,and bacon wrapped scallops great appies.
Blah.Definitely not a steakhouse. Definitely not a pub. More like a Swiss Chalet.Poor food quality.Weird atmosphere,,,can’t quite put my finger on why. What they have going just doesn’t work.Have been twice with excellent service.
I will not go back to mr mikes. This was the fourth time at Mikes. Terrible, won,t be back..The restaurant was not busy and the services was terrible.
The service and the food was excellent. The steak juicy, the calamari with the tzaziki was crispy and cook perfectly we will go back for sure .
Ugh… Should of listened to the reviews…… Pretty sure this is the worst service I’ve received in awhile… Waited over 15 min for a waitress to come ask us if we wanted drinks … The place wasn’t even busy.. tried ordering steak but they seemed to be out of most steaks… I can’t comment on the food cause I don’t have it yet…. My coke and water taste great though:)
