Horrible Pizza Tonight. Third time we’ve had Papa Johns this year (2015). Was pretty good the first two times but not tonight. Arrived piping hot but very little in the way of toppings. One was a specialty and the other two toppings. Was it because we had a two for one coupon? And the crust was like cardboard. If you can’t be consistent, you don’t get my business.

Quick and Hot!. Tried most of the pizza places in Airdrie (how sad is that) but I keep coming back to Papa John’s. Why? Well, they haven’t got the biggest selections out there but the pizza is always piping hot and tasty and delivery is pretty quick too. The sides are good too!
It was alright. I’ve wanted to try Papa John’s sense they opened but just haven’t had the chance till last night. The Pizza is alright the crust is what makes the pizza cause the service and toppings were just average. I like the way they throw the dough in the air as they make the pizza but that’s about it for personality for the Franchisee making the pizza. When starting up a new location in a small community you need to be all about customer service and out doing everyone around you more so when there are so many choices for Pizza in Airdrie now. I listened to the Franchisee explain to a customer that the online order price was incorrect by $2 as this was last months promotion but will give it to her anyway only this time though. You know that’s bad when you have to over explain a mistake on the company’s part to the customer, the customer doesn’t care why educate the customer like that. The topping was standard but not great I will more likely go to domino’s or little caesars next time better price with the same service might as well get cheaper pizza.
Great pizza. First time i ordered, my pizza was a bit late , but it tasted good. then second time, my pizza came on time and it still tasted great…….i love the crust……
