  BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!That’s what this is about! Tastes fairly decent but nothing great to be completely honest. The one and only good part about it is the price for two pizzas. I usually end up putting my own toppings whenever i order from Pizza 73.Not bad.

  Literally the WORST customer service ever. I ordered 2 pizzas, 4 cokes, 5 dips, a salad, curly fries, and due to their promotion, we got the maple tarts as well. (It should be noted that this shop has messed up several orders in the past but I have never called to complain because it was all small stuff before this.) So delivery woman shows up, takes $60 from me (I had agreed to pay the $20 extra for delivery as I lived outside of Airdrie), hands me the pizza box, a bag of what I assume are dips, tarts, and salad, and a box of curly fries sits on top of it all. As shes about to leave I notice I dont have the drinks and I ask her about them and she looks around stupidly and says, oh I forgot them and so her and I are just staring at each other and then she adds, idk what you want me to do about it…? And so I go, well, you could go get them seeing as Ive paid for them. And she retorts back, you want me to drive all the way back for your drinks? Are you serious? And then I can tell shes getting hostile so I shake my head and go, fine, its fine. Next time just dont charge me for drinks and it will be fine (at this point I still dont know that Im missing more than just the drinks). So shes walking away and say something like, Paki c*nt under he breath and Im just shocked and I ask her what she said and she ignores me and walks back to her vehicle, gets in, and drives away. I am just so hurt at this point I just shake my head and tell myself shes not worth even making a call to customer service about. So I go upstairs with the food and thats where I open the bag to find out it contained ONLY the salad and there were NO DIPS, and NO TARTS. So thats when I call customer service. I tell them that since I originally thought it was just the drinks, I let her go, but now that the other stuff is also missing, I want her to come back with the missing items. This idiot on customer service then says he will send her back with the missing items. 45 minutes fly by and no sign of her so I call customer service again and he says she may have other deliveries too so just wait, and that shes probably on her way to me RIGHT NOW. And I hang up and wait again another 15 minutes. So far its been an hour since the pizzas arrived and they have gone cold while I waited for the racist delivery woman to come back with the missing items. I call customer service again and then this new agent, Max, tells me that she was never coming and that theres been some miscommunication and so then I obviously get angry saying that I wouldnt have waited if I hadnt been told that she was on her way with the missing items but that I did and the pizzas were cold as ice!!!! And then he tells me hell check with the restaurant and I tell him that I have had enough and I just want a full refund back and that I want the delivery person to come and pick up the pizzas as we were not going to eat cold pizzas and without the dips. So he tells me that they cant do that and that I can contact [email protected] for a refund and that I can do whatever I want with the pizzas. I am basically begging him at this point that I want the delivery person to come get the food back because I want a fulll refund and I do not want the company to give me a refund minus the cold pizzas that I didnt even touch. So he tells me I am free to do what I want with them and that it would not affect the refund i wanted and after all this I hang up. Email the comments group. Then throw out the uneaten food. Then lo and behold 20 minutes later, a different delivery person shows up with the missing items saying that the company told her 10 MINUTES AGO to deliver the missing items. I am so infuriated by this point that I tell her I threw the pizzas away and that this was their plan all along to entrap me and act like I had eaten the pizzas and to give me the missing items too so that I would look utterly stupid. I told her to take back the missing items and that I was going to go get the pizzas too out of the trash so that she could take that too. (Contd) So then she tells me she cant do that and literally just walks back to her vehicle with the missing items and drives away. So then I call customer service absolutely livid and ask them why they are trying to pull this sort of crap with me! I didnt come to Canada as a goddamn refugee to earn a law degree only to be insulted and racially profiled by a simple pizza delivery woman and the goddamn chain. Oh, and the email I received back from comments? Sorry about your experience; heres some credit for the missing dips. Clearly he didnt even bother reading the entire story and everything that had happened because if he had he would have maybe offered a credit for the 10 missing items as opposed to 5. He offered no refund, no sincere apology for the ruined food that I didnt even get to taste, he offered no resolution. I have honestly never been treated this poorly by any service, food chain, etc. I have a perfect record with Pizza 73. I have never complained, not once, which every single one of their customer service representatives has aknowledged and thanked me for and theyve messed up my order several times before too but Ive always been scared that if I complained that the driver may do something to our food so Ive kept shut up about the tiny mistakes. Of course with this big of an order mess up, I couldnt just sit and pretend like it was all fine. I am absolutely infuriated. Thank goodness gracious my fathers friend owns a Pizza 73 in Calgary and will be helping us launch a full investigation and a proper resolution from whomever sits at the highest level because the way that I have been treated at this point? Im absolutely flabbergasted. The sad part is I wish I could just blame this one specific shop for this whole mess but its not just them, its customer service too! Pizza 73 is about the WORST chain in all of Alberta and Id rather eat my own fist than order from them ever again. Thank you for absolutely destroying a long relationship with a customer who has remained loyal up until being called Paki among a slew of things.

  Waste of 20$. We just ordered the meatball pizza special tonight, can’t recommend this. pizza arrived warm, not hot, stingy toppings….it’s a3rd cousin twice removed from the picture of their mini meatball pizza on the website. the website photo looks delicious, what we received had irregular-spaced rather dry little balls, very light tomato sauce and the cheese wasn’t generous. the pizza at 7-11 tastes better than this. really.

  It took over 1 1/2 hrs to get our order. When we got it we got the wrong order, and it was cold. The driver said he wasn’t responsible, he just delivers.
