NOT VEGETARIAN despite advertising they have options. Vegetarian spring rolls are deep fried with the fish and seafood and most dishes contain oyster sauce. Staff was not readily knowledgeable to answer simple questions about their food. Depending on the vegetarian/person with allergies or intolerances, this may not work for you. The price point was very high for the quality and portions of food. Drive to Calgary, go to Thai Boat instead. I wish there was a great local Thai place, because this is not one.Came back to try chinese food- was nothing to write home about. The 1.5 remains.
Had lunch here a couple of days ago It was very busy when I got there but was able to get seated fairly quick my server was very friendly. I ordered the spicy drunken noodles & the food was in front of me in about 15 minutes. The drunken noodles had a nice heat level with a nice wine sauce & at less than 20 for it with chicken cannot beat that.
Great service and atmosphere but the food is terrible and over priced. Absolutely no taste in any of the curries or coconut rice. Calamari order was served on a side plate – very tiny and tasteless. Costco calamari tastes better…
My gal and I went here tonight we both ordered chicken Pad Thai . It was delicious the portions were generous and the server was pleasant we took our food home to eat it . The place was clean and cozy
Not bad, not amazing. We had beef pad Thai, swimming Rama curry and Papaya salad. The curry was by far the best but it was a pretty small portion I wish they put less spinach and more sauce! But it tasted amazing. The pad Thai was alright, I think I prefer the pad that at noodle box to be honest and the papaya salad was not very good, not a lot of flavour and not spicy as it was advertised. I would go back again but mostly for the curry!
Worth the Drive!. We drove out from South Calgary and will absolutely be back soon. Service was quick and friendly. We started with the Thai Charm Wings and Calamari; both had great flavor. We loved the dry rub on the wings. Then we had Ginger Chicken, Pad Thai Beef, Yellow Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice and Swimming Rama Chicken. Everything was delicious, served fresh (hot) with lots of veggies and beautifully plated. The Swimming Rama is an absolute must have! Maybe the only restaurant that our teenage son actually wants to come with us for.
Small Portions, Over Priced !. Tried this place twice now and both orders were small and not very well prepared. Noodles just dumped in a dish barely any sauce…Herb crusted chicken was just a bunch of deep fried scraps thrown on top of lettuce with peanuts. Not impressed both visits for take-out… Will never return!
