Terrible prices, screaming matches and BAD meat. This place does not disclose all of their wild game processing fees ahead of time. Beware, you will be charged a deboning fee. In total, for a little more than one hundred pounds of meat, our bill came to over $500. Imagine our surprise when we got this phone call. Moose have costed less to process at other shops in the past. While trying to tell the owner that there is mo deboning fee listed on the website, and we were not informed of it at all over the phone or in person, she got irate and escalated it to a screaming match, mentioning that they have been open for 30 years and their prices are beyond reasonable and obviously we are stupid. Anyhow, went and picked up our deer, paid the full price because she has already lost our future business. Cooked up the breakfast sausage this morning, and it was disgusting. I had to spit it out. The sausage smelled of maple while it was cooking but there was absolutely no maple flavour. It was not mixed properly with the pork and was crumbly and dry. What a waste of our deer, and $500. I do not recommend this place at all.
Customer Service is baaaaaaaaaaaad. Its nice to have the option to be able to buy fresh, local meat and we have been satisfied with our purchases here. However, the staff is not friendly and not very helpful. The older lady who runs cash most days is miserable, and she gives the impression that your business is an inconvenience to her. Its painfully obvious nobody wants to be there. I have never seen anyone who works their smile. Please also keep an eye on the your inventory, and when it expires. Tahini that has been expired for 3 months and still on the shelf is unacceptable.

Rude. As a delivery driver that delivers product to the butcher shoppe I’d like to say that the people that work in the back have to be the rudest people I deal with in my day to day deliveries, they always treat me like garbage when I’m there and I dread even going there, I live in Airdrie and tell everyone I know and meet not to shop there, makes you wonder how they really feel about the customer
Great place to buy meat. They also have lots of ready made dishes for dinner. Love this place! We only buy our meat from here now!
The Best Meat. It’s amazing how wonderful the meat and service is at this little butcher shop. For the product they offer their prices are beyond reasonable. Most of my family drives from south Calgary to get their meat from here. They also have sandwiches made on site that are fantastic! Lots of gluten free products too.
