Terrible location. This is by far the worst Timmies I have ever been to. This was my last ever visit to this location. Drive thru was beyond slow and my coffee was nearly thrown out the window to me. I will drive to the north location from now on. Score of -12 on a scale of 1 to 10
Same cup of coffee no matter which location you stop at. This one is dirty and the staff doesn’t care.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I love Tims and go on a regular basis, stopping at this one on my way to Edmonton was not a treat, the inside line up was huge, the service was clueless, if you don’t have something a customer orders, let them know, don’t just give them something else instead, also don’t roll your eyes constantly and literally swear when a customer asks for the 1 cookie she was missing to complete her order. Totally inappropriate!!!
Service is Blazing Fast. I can’t believe anyone could ever complain about the speed of service at Main Street TH which has to be one of the busiest TH’s in Canada. Yes, there are long lineups but that would only be TH’s fault if they were moving slow. I have been to this TH I am guessing several hundred times and I have only had a couple of mistakes or slow service issues. Usually they move that massive line of cars in a few minutes. Seriously if I am paying by cash I sometimes can’t get my money counted out after ordering because I am already at the window getting my treats. I almost never go inside so I won’t comment on inside the store. I love the quality and speed of this TH!!
Boo! I hate this Tim’s location. It is dirty and service is slow. They always have a line up onto Main Street which is a major hazzard. I had the worst Tim’s sandwich from here today. Disappointed
I love timmys, I hate this place. The service is so slow, and so terrible… They rarely ever get my coffee order right, and getting it fixed takes twice as long as it did to order it in the first place, drive the extra 5 minutes to the tims at walmart!
SLOW SERVICE. We like Timmy’s too but will actually wait until Cochrane on our way to the mountains because this one is horribly backed up all the time.
