Very worst customer service whenever I order for something they always give me wrong stuff. Employee doesn’t know what they are doing. Today I got my breakfast when I was paying I gave coupon for free donut the girl who helped me said next time please.. I said why she said you already paid for your breakfast.. Seriously I am giving coupon for free donut and she said next time.. Is This Tim Horton is just for one time buying stuff?one time you can pay only? If you remember to buy something else you can’t? WORST Tim Horton customer service experienced I had not only one time…( Always)

I’ve sworn off Tim Hortons!!! Unless absolutely no other choice, I refuse to waste any more money on them. Not this one only either. All of them!! Many times has the coffee been watered down ( what?? Do they use the grounds twice?), many times receive not what I’ve ordered. Or missed something in the order completely. They owe me many Cheese Croissants!!! Last time was in Edmonton. Coffee to go, for my drive south. Was to Leduc before I tasted it. Apparently Large coffee three milk sounds like one cream two sugars. Seems like since its been Americanized the service and quality have gone down hill fast. That’s my rant. Starbucks from now on. At least they take pride in their product!!
