THIS PLASE IS GARBAGE. I WENT THEIR WITH THE BOYS TO GET WINGS ONE NITE AND WE ROLL IN THEIR AROUND 5.15 BECUZ WE JUST DROVE BACK FROM FORT MAK ERLIER IN THE DAY WE DROVE STRATE BACK AS FAST AS WE COULD 3 OF MY BEST BOYZ GOT A MIKKEY OF JACK DANEILS AND A MIKKEY OF FIREBALL AND A FORTY OF BAKARDI 151 AND A FLAT OF CANADIEN EACH TO GET A LITTEL SHIITTY ON THE WAY HOME I DROVE 150 KILLOMETERS AN HOUR TO GET HOME SO WE COULD GET WINGS BEFORE WE HIT THE STIRIPPERS THEY CLOSE EARLY ON WEDESNESDAY ANYWAY AFTER SOME PARTY FAVERS IN THE BATHROOM THE WATERESS TOOK ARE ORDER I GOT 36 OF THE SOOISIDE AND MY BOYS GOT 48 DIL PICKEL AND 24 HOT AND 36 CAJIN WITH 7 SIDES OF RANCH DIPS IT TOOK OVER 14 MINUTES (WHO GOES THAT LONG WITHOUT A SMOKE AND A DRINK LOL) SO WE WENT OUT FOR A SMOKE AND A QUICK JOINT…..THE MANIGER CAME OUT AND TOLD US TO STOP GETTIN HIGH IN FRONT OF THE RESTERANT!!! WHO TELLS THREE JACKED GUYS WITH A HELL OF AN APPITITE WHAT TO DO???!?WE ORDED $300 WORTH OF DRINKS BEFORE WE EVEN WENT OUT!!! I FLIKKED MY BUTT AT HIM AND HE CALLED THE COPS BEFORE WE EVEN GOT TO EAT. LONG STORY SHORT I GOT A DUI AND MY BUDDIE SHIT HIS PANTS IN THE DRUNK TANK. I GUESS THE BOOZE IS GOOD BUT THE MANIGER IS A *** BAG. 2/10 STARS
We’ve eaten here a few times, sadly some of our favourites are gone in favour of a summer menu that isn’t as appealing to us. Our last visit was a quick lunch while D was working and I had the day off.He had the BBQ Brisket Sandwich with fries and gravy, and I had the Steak n Prawns special with fries and a side of gravy as well. I also tried the elderflower cider, which was delicious but very unusual in flavour so D didn’t like it but I found it unique and worth trying again.The Steak was a little over for me, I like mine medium rare and bordering on rare but it was closer to medium. Still the seasoning was great and the fries were good, especially with the nice thick gravy. The prawns were fresh, but it would have been nice to have a few more of them.We’ll be going back but probably not too often until the next menu change.
Exceptional calamari and food. The food here is fantastic I am from the East Coast and have lived on the West Coast never have I had such tender calamari the service is very good as well
Bad service. I have been to this Airdrie location about a half a dozen times and won’t be backI have had bad or no service three times now and find it very bad compared to other locations I have been to.I don’t normally complain but three times breaks a habit so may choose other establishments in other cities now too
I was there today with a friend (Airdrie location) and had the brisket wrap. It was good but the lettuce smelled not quite right. I left a pile of it on my plate and it was my friend that informed the waitress that the lettuce was off. The waitress basically came back and said that the food was ok and that it was me. Not impressed. And while I’m at it, you should know that the service was slow and the portions were small.
Love it!. I love going to the Toad and Turtle, food is amazing and the staff are all wonderful. Would recommend to anyone!
By far the best the BEST local bar/pub in Airdrie. Would recommend this place to anyone to everyone!!!!
