Food is ok. Portion size is good. Quality is ok. But the service is horrible. They have kids working that appear inexperienced. They appear uninteresting and have poor manners. Here are simple tips that will keep them from going out of business that they do not do now:* smile* clean up the tables that are done* make eye contact and say hi how are you doing* Make simple conversation* show customers that you care * come by every 10 to 20 minutes and ask if everything is OK* say goodbye and smileGees. Also train your kids. It’s hard running a business but remember it’s not just about the food…it’s the service…and your service is lacking.

Wasn’t sure at first but we went there on Friday night before our flight back home I ordered #39 special house chicken and noodles that I shared with my 2 yrs old son, I notice the chicken tasted off a bit and the noodles were soaking in a greasy yellow sauce it wasn’t even good and the next morning we were both sick for few hours vomiting and having diarrhea. It was the worst experience of food poisoning I’ve had, next time im coming down to Airdrie I’ll make sure I never go back there again.

Not sure what happened to this place. Popped in and out the odd time with my wife, and it was always okay, but went last week and it was FILTHY!! There was one other table that had a couple yet every table but one had dishes or food left on them. There was a young boy serving who looked lost (and obviously wanted nothing to do with wiping a table), and a lady who just sat by the cash register and didn’t lift a finger, literally just sat there (and made grumpy faces). Had I known photo’s were an option I would have taken some, it was gross…so gross. If they won’t clean the public area, do you think they’ll clean behind the scenes? I ordered a pop…that came in a can. I’ll never go back because of that

Been here a few times. First time we went the food and service were great. Second time I ordered the short ribs and spring rolls with vegetables on rice. They forgot my spring rolls. Third time we came here, my grilled short ribs were super chewy and dry, the rice was also dry and tasteless. We went again today my hubby ordered his dish with no nuts, carrots and sprouts due to medical issues They did not remove any of what he had asked. I ordered the ribs and they were so chewy they tasted like elastic bands and the rice again was dry and tasteless. My order was also supposed to be on rice, it came with noodles. They were barely apologetic and the waiter was rude and always seems like he’s uninterested or bored. Our money is better off spent elsewhere.

I’ve eaten here quite a few times and have had a consistent experience every time. I’ve tried a few different things off of the menu, but have always went back to the #61. The soup is great as well and very filling.

I don’t know why this place has such a low rating. They make AMAZING Vietnamese food. The pho is delicious – always fresh. The apps are awesome and loaded with flavour. And the price is phenomenal! Definite must try! You won’t regret it!

I’ve been here a few times and I’d say it’s average Vietnamese food. I tried the sub and bubble tea combo today (which doesn’t qualify for the 25% off Tuesday deal, in case anyone is wondering). The sub tasted alright, but was definitely not authentic. It had a sweeter sauce and was topped with mildly pickled carrots and cucumbers. There was no cilantro or jalapenos, which I was expecting to see. Bubble tea selection was only powder choices, no fresh fruits. Their food is definitely made to suit Western tastes.
