  Always an issue when going here, either is super slow service or the food is terrible. Got daves single special and it was the WORST burger i have ever had. Your better off getting a month old sandwhich from a vending machine

  Everything about this Wendy’s location is okay. The drive thru speed was okay, the food was okay, the price was okay. Not the best Wendy’s I have visited but it is the only option in Airdrie.

  I have not been to this Wendy’s in a long time; not sure when ownership changed. Come to think of it, it’s been years maybe 5-6 wow time goes by fast. Went to the drive through this evening, horrible service and quality. Staff member at the pay window was wearing a rubber apron and gloves; most likely in the middle of doing dishes or cleaning. However not professional appearance, he didn’t smile once and very few words. Our food came almost as soon as we drove up to the 2nd window; I’d say 30 seconds from finishing at the order speaker. Typically this is great but…chili was cold, not even warm. Fries very cold as if they have been sitting for some time. Not a good experience, won’t be back; hate it when food cost trumps quality and service.

  Truly the slowest & worst service in the entire universe, i don’t expect 5 star dining however this place has the most painfully slow service i have ever seen
