Best…burger…ever!. Had a Wilk’s burger last month and they haven’t been opened since! Super fresh, flavourful, and melts in your mouth. Guess they’re off for the holiday so im looking forward to trying other varieties next year..
VMC Anniversary Party. Sean and his crew setup for our annual anniverssary party and also catered the following night. The food was absolutely amazing. Some of the best burgers you could ever eat and the pulled pork poutine was off the hhok. Hope to see them next year!
Wilk’s Booth has gained another loyal customer. We had Sean cater for us and our guests all left with full bellys and smiles on their faces. Everybody enjoyed the sliders and I’m sure that we’d have eaten even more of the poutine and onion rings if the belt loops weren’t under such strain.Wilks Booth is definitely a great food truck to check out if you’ve never been to it.
Best Damn Burger in Airdrie. I’ve been at the truck twice and the burgers are fabulous.I especially like the fresh potatoe home fries and he offers malt vinegar
So much salt…. I may have gone on an off day but I wasn’t impressed. The burger was so salty and the fries had none. It was an acceptable burger, but I believe there are better within a short drive.
Best burger in town. Locally sourced, aged 28 days, grass fed beef. Nice crust and perfectly cooked. The grilled chicken was also perfectly cooked. Real fries seasoned with sea salt, and the onion rings are addictive. This is quality food prepared by a man that respects the ingredients. Try food that is made with love and pride. A refreshing change from the mediocre food in this town.
