Best Chana masala in the area! Always spicy, always yummy! Great rice as well 🙂 and vegan friendly (not the naan!)
Awful food.. Went to Spice Grill last night. The butter chicken was bland and unremarkable but my boyfriend’s mutton had plastic a piece of plastic in it. Will not be recommending this place to anyone EVER
Not clean! non-professional!. I dine a lot in Indian restaurants, but this has been the worst. There are so many good ones in Whyte ave, but not this one .Guys, please keep your rest room door closed, entire restaurant smells bad 🙁
Not a lot of bang for the buck. Really small portion sizes compared to other places, but the flavours are great! Took 3 hours to arrive due to delivery driver getting lost, so the food was pretty much cold when we got it. They were good about it though, we got a refund. Not something we’ll be trying again though.
Amazing food!!! We had the butter chicken, naan, and samosas. The good was absolutely delicious. Cooked fresh The staff are super friendly and this was some of the best Indian food Edmonton has to offer!
Tandoori chicken needs mentioning. The posted reviews all rave about the butter chicken, yes, the butter chicken is delicious but the tandoori chicken is the best in the city. Perfectly cooked and just the right amount of spiciness. Naan was perfection. Can’t wait to go back again, only problem is the location. Just around the corner from Knifeware’s and my husband cannot be that close to the knife store without spending our vacation fund. Hence, all the food we can afford is Spiced Grill. I’ll have to cheat on my husband and go to Spiced Grill with a girlfriend. Sorry Sweetie.
An awesome surprise. This is a go to place for me and my wife, it close, cheap and delicious. It doesnt hurt that the portion sizes are quite large. So we order from here at least twice a month.
