It’s been a while since I’ve visited here but it is in the winter time that I reminisce the beautiful sunny yet windy day where I sat on the patio overlooking the golf course, not realizing that I am in Edmonton. I found out about this place when someone on Facebook shared their secret hideout with kids. It is kid-friendly alright. You don’t even need a membership to eat here I found! I don’t want to know about the golf green fees but I sure would come here for a gourmet lunch. The beef dip was moist and flavourful. The salad was nice and healthy (not those iceberg lettuce kinds, bleh). The beef was tender and came enclosed with a nice ciabatta bun – freshly made no less! The fish and chips had a generous serving and while I didn’t find the fish quality to be the best, for that price point it couldn’t be beat. I am compared to the real fish and chips place like Brits and Sir Winstons – not a fair comparison I know. Try comparing to other golf course foods and this will beat them hands down. Heck, the fish and chips here are just as competent as the ones you find in bars and then some. The fries were also great to complement the fish. The price point was more than fair. I even blindly bought a 1664 Kronenberg without knowing the price. It was just a beautiful day to splurge a bit and let go. The service was pretty casual but adequate. There is indoor seating too in case the weather is bad when you visit. If you are an avid golfer, you probably know about this place already. If not, please be sure to come and support local business because we don’t need another chain restaurant in the neighborhood!

Here for a tournament and the food was above average. Good selection for bfast. Bacon and sausage were dope but the eggs were lacking. The lunch was a really juicy burger cooked perfectly with a soft bun. Perfect. Dinner was steak cooked not bad, and the cut was huge. Salad wasn’t great but the orange salmon and garlic toast were on point.Good service and great tournament hosts.Sal says: Just try it (3.5/5)

Awesome experience. Had a great time. Excellent food, great drinks, great service, reasonable prices…who knew a golf course restaurant could be this good! The best patio I have ever seen, it overlooks some greens and is pretty much amazing. Definitely worth checking out.

Great homemade food. Food management team that has been there for the last 5 seasons has moved on this year so I’m nervous to see what the food is like!
