Not for the first time at this location the drive thru experience was a disaster. In a hurry, and not expecting it to happen AGAIN, I was missing an order of chicken nuggets in my order. At the window, the girl told the person packing the order that there were 2 orders of nuggets, but it apparently did not come thru. I also ordered a side salad. The salad had 2 pieces of rock hard and WHITE (inside) tomatoes; was the person preparing the salad colour blind? Along with this were 2 hard carrots and a bunch of old iceberg lettuce. Not pleasant to see or eat. The small fries were also cold and tasted like they were cooked much earlier in the day. Not a worthwhile quick stop by for supper for the family.
Update: 15 Dec 2016: stopped by their drive-thru last night and ordered the 2 Big King special for $5. First of all, the speaker at the menu doesn’t work (maybe it was too cold out). Both burgers had clearly been sitting around for a while and reheated in the microwave. The buns were hard and gross, the lettuce was brown and wilted, the cheese was disgusting. They’re either trying to cut costs or they need to manage the place better. Now, I definitely won’t be back. June 2016: Not much to say other than my experience was little below average. Stopped in for a burger, the girl walked over to the till and gave me a blank stare- no hello, hi, what can I get for you, just a blank stare. Ordered a whopper for $2.85. I guess they have daily deals. The last time I had one was when they were either $1.79 or $1.99. The burger tasted much better back then. Definitely not fresh. Flame-broiled no longer, much more like heated or re-heated in a microwave. Also very odd that the whopper tasted sweeter than I remember, so it gets a 2/5. Many better options in the area, so can’t say whether or not I’ll return.
