  What happened to your gravy!?! Runny and no flavor. So disappointing, gravy should be thick. Stopped going to Montgomery location for the same reason. Fix it!

  I am extremely disappointed in the quality of food that KFC is selling!! Disgustingly greasy, fatty and slimy. What ever happened to the delicious KFC of yesterday’s? I can honestly say that the Crowfoot KFC produces the most disgusting chicken of all locations I have visited over the years. Deep frying it until it’s crispy and straining the grease are not part of their skills!! Would not recommend this to a starving animal.

  I thought it was called fast food for a reason. It took 30 minutes for a chicken burger and they weren’t even busy! There was only one order ahead of me. Not even an apology.

  Pink Chicken. Yikes. Ate here a couple of weeks ago, and it was a huge mistake. We ordered the chicken strip with popcorn chicken box for both me and my husband. I was going to share with our daughter. Upon taking a bite of the chicken strip, we noticed it was PINK. After cutting open all of the strips, they were all undercooked and pink. Isn’t this a chicken place? Should their chicken not be fully cooked? Glad I didn’t share with my little girl, she would’ve gotten very sick and I as her mother would’ve lost it. Don’t go here if you are looking for fully cooked chicken, or at least be very cautious. We won’t be returning.
