I ordered from here for the first time and got the peanut pho and the shrimp salad rolls. I was really impressed the amount of food I received for the price, the pho bowl was enough to feed two people. The pho was good and the salad rolls were awesome. I won’t give 5 stars because it’s not the best pho I’ve had in the city, but it’s great for the price.
I ordered #42 Bun Bo Hue. The basil provided has lots of black dots. Asked to exchange with some good ones but the answer is they are all like that. I didn’t add any of the black dots basil into my soup noodle. This #42 only comes with one size, fairly small portion with very little meat. Very.little.meat.The fragrance and the taste of the soup both good. But overall the noodle just didn’t pull it through. Service was not good. No one looked at my way for even once after the noodle was served. I wanted to order some more food as the portion of the noodle was small, but since no one looked over, I went somewhere else to have a second meal after. I would not come back.
Great charbroiled beef bun vermicelli. Lots of fresh veggies in it. Great service. Quick and very friendly. I Would come back for sure in the future.
Yah the vermicelli was pretty filling but a little bland. I didn’t see good reviews but decided to try the pho broth and it seemed pretty good solo. Guess I’ll try it next time! My wife said the bun bo hue was ok but pho van was better. Beef skewer was soso.
Love this place. Peanut satay soup is the only thing we order here because it’s the best thing on the menu. Must try if you like pho. The peanut is different than normal rare beef.
Have eaten in and had take out from here many times. The food has always been great, usually get the sate pho and spring rolls. The staff have always been friendly and the take out has always been ready when promised. This restaurant is in a spot that has seen many previous franchises fail and yet they’ve been able to expand. If you like Vietnamese Pho Anh will satisfy you
I was told they have the hottest soup as in temperature wise. This hands down true. Soup is burning hot which is really important for noodles. I just wish the pho portion is little small for the price. I hate compare the portion with a neighbouring pho place. But they have a nice portion and price ratio.
