Best Fast Food Burritos. In case anyone is wondering how Mucho Burrito compares to another fast food Mexican restaurant, here’s the difference: Mucho Burrito let’s you pick and choose what you want on your burrito and unlike the other places that has their meat pretty much comes out of a tube, Mucho Burrito uses ACTUAL meat. I’ve been waiting for Mucho Burrito to open up down the road from me (in Westhills) and since its still under renovation, I found that there was one already open not far away in Aspen Landing. I went here and got a Mucho Burrito (they have different sizes… small, medium, large, mucho, and I believe grande) with chorizo as the meat. It was very filling and tasted delicious. Unlike the other comments about this place, I found their staff to be very friendly and approachable. I had a hard time hearing what he said a couple times, but with that being said, I’d rather he speak softly then yelling at me. All in all, I’ll most definitely be coming back here.
Gone downhill. This used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. It was fresh ingredients and the burritos were put together with care. The staff was extremely friendly, and you could even order in spanish if you wanted. I used to go there about 3 times a week.Unfortunately with new owners recently the food quality has gone way down and most of the old staff is gone. The new staff doesnt know how to make a burrito, and most are simply rude. They got smaller and they dont know how to mix the ingredients. You end up getting all the cheese in one bite, then all the jalepeno in the next bite, and so on. They just dont seem to care.I probably will not be back.
Disappointed. The few times I have been to the Aspen Landing location, the food was good, the restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. Yesterday, however was another story. The place was not clean. Yuk. Old food on the tables, the garbage was overflowing, and the service was less than pleasant. I couldn’t understand or hear the person behind the counter, and she just rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat the question. I understand this is not haute cuisine, but send someone around every once in a while to clean the tables, push the chairs in and empty the garbage. And, if you’re working with the public, please try to, at very least, put a smile on your face.Franchisers, you spend time and pots of money building your brand…protect it!
Quite enjoyed their burrito. I found the place to be quite clean with a good atmosphere. They had plenty of options for the burrito toppings and the burrito was fantastic, the chips that come with the combo are tasty as well. I will definitely be going back. clintyn.com
Tacos are terrible. Cold meat/seafood that had clearly been sitting in those inserts for a very long time, and very dry tortillas.. I can’t speak for anything else on the menu.. But yikes.
Communication. It appears that if you speak English you can’t work there. VEGETABLE QUESADILLA (NO MEAT). They just didn’t get it. But the food was good.
The burrito was certainly good. However when I looked at my receipt I noticed I had been blatantly overcharged. They gave me my money back from their tip jar and I barely had an apology. Not the kind of customer service I expect from a new place. Jalapenos Grill in downtown is way better.
