Awesome pizza. Ive been ordering pizza here whenever Im in Banff for the past five years, and its one of the best pizzas Ive had. Judging by the other reviews, it seems pizza is really the only thing worth ordering on the limited menu. The pizza is fresh, medium sized thickness, with lots of cheese and toppings. You can tell the dough is made fresh because its soft and has a great flavor. The sauce is thicker with a great tang / sweetness.
I DONT LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE. DON’T DO IT. Basically…. we should’ve gone to Mc Donalds. My friends and I came to Carlitos for a meal after a 6 hour drive from Kelowna and we were extremely disappointed, if not borderline angry with the service and meals. The burgers were as small as a baby’s hand. With no sides. I could’ve made the burger at home with better ingredients. The pita bread was stale and therefore inedible. The fries were soggy, undercooked with no seasoning. The gravy and other sauces are assumed to be store bought but even then it was also inedible. The drink menu consisted of 4 cocktail drinks and there was definitely not as much alcohol as there should have been. The server took away my plate without asking if I was finished and did not bother to check back to our table. Not happy at all. Paying for these meals were painful and I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Eat here while staying at the Banff inn, which itself is a good hotel. We had pizza, no surprise there but they were good. Staff were good too. Nice little cosy place.
Delete my review doesnt make you better place to eat… Most gross food i’ve ever eat and your cook should know better before he/she attempt to cook something… YOUR FOOD Not worhted a penny …..
Great pizza! Ordered all meat topping. There’s just 1 little recommendation; to train your servers to NOT scoop glass cups into the ice bin to fill the cup! Glass chips off the rim, not so safe. -Edmonton bar manager
Great Food and Atmosphere. Pleasantly surprised as we never heard of this place before. Food was great, reasonably priced, and atmosphere was just as nice. Small sports bar that allows kids, newly finished (nice combination of stone, dark wood, and glass). Located inside the Banff Inn. Perfect find.
