Yummy food. Rich flavour.Ordered the miso ramen, and the wonton soup. The ramen was very rich in flavour, yet not salty (don’t even feel thirsty afterwards). The wonton has really fresh ingredients, which was again savoury and rich in flavour.
Tiny little spot serving hot ramen and udon. Some rice dishes as well and tapas but skip to the mains. Location is small and often a line up. They did allow for us to check in…walk the strip and told us when to return. Gyoza was reheated in microwave…I would pass next time, but the ramen was hot, tasty and bursting with flavour. Katsu sat for a while before we dug I to it which likely caused the dish to get a bit soggy as the pork and toppings sealed the steam by covering the top of the small rice bowl.
