This place has been around forever. On the weekend it gets really full but they turn over tables quick. The drink menu and the food are both fun as is the atmosphere. Great place to take kids.
I hadnt eaten here in years. My wife got the enchilada with chicken and I ordered the fajitas with steak. The food has definitely improved. My fajitas came with 4 tortillas so I had to order more but the portion was more than enough. The steak was soft and smooth – no weird hard bits and no stringy fatty pieces either. There was a good proportion of lettuce, tomato, sour cream, papers, peppers, onions, mushrooms to have 6 mid sized fajitas wraps. We left stuffed and satisfied with our food.
This place is overpriced and ther food is disgusting tasting. I got the taco meal and the soup. Seriously I make better tacos than them. Should have listened to the reviews.
Excellent food and drinks. Portions are big and place is always busy. Had the michelada fro a drink and now i must try to make this one at home. Nachos are one of the best we’ve ever had.
2017-03-18 Dinner: Service was great, Atmosphere is Fun and the food was Great. The Rice was super tasty and the table top hot sauces are no too shabby either. The 3 Pig Queso Quesadilla is fantastic. Everyone at the table liked pretty much everything. The only 2 downers we ended up trying were the fish tacos and the Salsa Verde Con PorkoEnchiladas. The large selection of Tequilla was a very nice surprise as well! Will be back here for sure.
It’s just off of the main strip, it’s huge, and the interior is certainly not ‘under-decorrated’ :)It’s pretty cool and how can you go wrong with texmex/Mexican food? It’s very family friendly.
Popular, long time restaurant right off Banff avenue. Nachos, tacos, burritos, fajitas, and margaritas. If you’re a hard core Tex Mex fan, it’s not at that level. Buy if you’re homesick for a taqueria vibe, complete with Corona, Modelo, and Dos Equis banners, this works fine.
