TLDR: one of my favs, must try for BanffThis sushi restaurant has a very special place in my heart. Everything here is so good and fresh, service is very friendly. My favorite is the giant scallop roll!
Preferred this place for lunch during my visit to the lovely town Banff. This outlet is located near Banff avenue, next to Banff tea company. Ambience was pretty decent. The service was lovely . We ordered Raman noodles, salmon fish, crab roll, sushi rice and octopus !!!Well this is the first am rendering my taste buds with very much scantily cooked sea food!! Indeed tried sushi bistro to get into this and I loved.. the octopus was the scene stealer!! It was pretty much raw and were laced with chilli sauce and ginger!!! It was fleshy and tasty Salmon fish was ok, crab roll was good. Raman noodles was perfectly blended with spices and the soupy texture gave the exact lilt!!When you are heading to Banff, dont miss to try sushi bistro!!!
