I have read reviews that this establishment has the look and feel of a London pub. I have been in London pubs, and this is a miss. In London pubs they have excellent food at reasonable prices, and service. Here…not so much. Maybe the problem is that I ate in Canmore before coming here. Since there are less tourists they put in some effort. Here I think restaurants think that since tourist are always coming through the door that no effort is needed. Money will always come in…no need to care about cleanliness, atmosphere, service or taste. I am rating them a 1.5 because at least my order was correct even though it took forever in an almost empty restaurant to submit an order. I do not understand some of the great reviews. Perhaps they were written by someone linked to the restaurant or by someone who no longer has taste buds.
