Well my friend and I chose this resturant based on the fact that it’s in our hotel. The both of us are cooks and had a hard time enjoying our meals. We started with hot wings and hummus… Neither of which had any taste. We each had the steak and shrimp for our entree, the shrimp were obviously precooked and thawed out and put on our plates. The veggies weren’t cooked, the steak was over cooked, and the mushroom bacon sauce could have been out of a can for all the flavor it had. The mashed potatos were instant and awful! Would give this place 0 out of 5
Horrible service and average at best food. The manager had a sit down talk two tables away with our waitress who basically ignored us and forgot our drinks because of the talk with the manager. Completely inappropriate
Terrible!. Terrible tasting. Had to ask for a water THREE times! My sister didn’t get her coffee refilled ( no one wants to mess with my sister without her coffee) Food had no taste so I would definately not recommend this place. I will not be returning.
Would never come back!!!!!!!!. So disappointed, there are so many amazing places to eat in Banff and unfortunatley we choice this place for breakfast. We were a party of 3 and all had the buffet. The eggs were fake, the bacon was awful. Over all food not tasty. I would give this place a 3 out if 10 at the most!!
Crappy service, Crappy Food. We ate here because it was in our hotel. My girlfriend and I will NEVER eat here again. First they sat us between two loud groups of people when the restaurant was empty, we asked to move and they were mad. They they continously ignored us, and it took them about 15 minutes to take a drink order. The food took about 30 minutes to arrive, and was gross. My girl friend had the steak sandwhich, and order it to be medium rare. It was very rare and ice cold when she recieved her order. I had the pulled pork sandwhich which was also cold, and dry. The bread was also very very soggy- disgusting!. We will never eat here again, nor should anyone else.
How many times do you need to be asked to pay a bill?. We ate there as a family of seven for buffet breakfast. I did not have a problem with the service initially. The food was decent and the waitress asked us for our drink orders. It wasn’t until the middle of our meal that service went down hill. We were asked to pay our bill twice when the entire table still had full cups of coffee and were still eating. We were then asked again when some of the table members were still eating. After we wrapped up the bill we were asked a fourth time to pay the bill. It is impossible to enjoy a meal when asked four times to pay the bill even when you are not done eating yet. We felt like we were being rushed out of the restaurant. It’s important to note that it was also not very busy at this time either.
We came to the resturaunt as it was the only available option. We were not impressed, food that was ordered arrived with bacon strips when not advertised and when the correct food came it was soggy salty and dry all at the same time. I do not recommend this resturaunt keep looking.
