Owners are always helpful and friendly and food is better than most Chinese restaurants in the north.
The Green Pepper is a great little restaurant. While its interior is very dated & showing its age, the food more than makes up for it. The service is always very friendly. Parking can be difficult sometimes though, due to the location.
I order takeout from here constantly, they have my favorite sweet and sour pork in the world! All around good food
