What I witnessed actually shocked me. I was waiting for an appointment in the mall and was sitting outside Choices. A customer had just finished her lunch and walked away leaving her plates and napkins and a bottle of ketchup on the table. The person who cleared her table used one of the customer’s napkins to wipe the cap of the ketchup bottle – the nozzle of it, where the ketchup comes out!!! HE USED A DIRTY NAPKIN TO WIPE THE BOTTLE OF KETCHUP THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE GOING TO USE!!!I really regret not having said anything to him but I wasn’t sure it would have made a difference. I’m beyond horrified and I will never, EVER eat here. EVER.
