I didn’t eat here for a while, and ordered today a carry and Tom Youm soup. Carry was as ok as fast food goes, but soup WAS NOT a soup. It was a huge chank of boiled vermicheli, with probably only a spoon of liquid (as I paid extra for coconut milk) and on a top of it were two shrimps, 2 pieces of tofu and 3 little broccoli. I asked for SOUP which I usually drink, not for pasta. It’s the worst Tom Youm I ever got anywhere, it’s not a soup either. It may suit you if you simply want a spiced up pasta, but it should never be called soup.
Customer service is not terrible but the food is way below par. Curry is diluted usually. Sometimes so diluted that there is no taste. Also they give a lot of rice. But with the amount of diluted curry or non curry items they put, it taste likes you’re eating rice only. I do see people giving them 4.5 to 5 stars here recently so maybe its just me. So do give it a try. Maybe its worth it.
