I used to deliver for these despicable people. Let me start by saying that there were never any croutons or bacon in the cesar salad. Just romaine lettuce and no-name dressing. The wings are precooked and put back into the fryer when ordered which is why they look shriveled and dried right out. But the most disgusting part and the reason I called the health board was the industrial grease that oozed from the cheese shredder into the cheese bucket. At first I thought it must be a mistake and would pick out the black from the white cheese. Then one time I saw one of the owners (its a family from Pakistan that owns it) just mix in the grease with his hand. Like he was stirring soup with his arm. These people have been in a never-ending court battle with the ACTUAL owners of the Chicago Deep Dish name (403-531-3131) (remember the song in the commercial?) for years and years. What these people do is plaster the city with mailouts and no matter where it is you live, the pizza will come from 17 ave and 3st sw everytime. So if you live in Silverado and your pizza is cold and late….thats why. Dirty with the cheapest ingredients they could find at a price point that is rediculous. Just call 4035313131 for REAL Chicago Deep Dish.
