The best coffee shop in Calgary featuring locally roasted beans and guest roasters. A really unique space, the barista works out of a renovated closet with a really cool lighting fixture (art instillation). The coffee shop is run inside of Community Wise (The old YWCA), a few doors down from the Hop in Brew.

Unique little- LITTLE- quality coffee spot in Victoria Park.. Kaffeeklatsch is a tiny, closet-sized new coffee place in the Old Y (12th Ave and 2 St SW in Calgary) that pulls amazing espressos on a little one-group Elektra. I had a great macchiato there made with beans from Rosso Coffee Roasters and had a nice chat about coffee, culture, art, and Germanophilia with the owner, Jessica. Only open M-F 9-3 for now but let’s try to change that eh?
