Proof offers a great variety of cocktails and tapas to suit everyones likes but its not my go-to cocktail bar. The bar is a bit small and can be quite busy and cramped on a peak night. The ambience is really nice but because the space is small and squishy it can be very difficult to have a conversation with you table. Cocktails range from $11-$20/ drink and bottles of wine are available as well.
