Terrible service. Literally the absolute worst service I have received in my entire life. My friend and I went for shisha and after we received it they told us that we weren’t allowed to share it. On top of that they said we couldn’t return this one and order the larger one for sharing without paying for the smaller one (despite having not even used it yet). They consistently ignored us when we called them over, and their greedy mindset caused us to have a terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELAXING AND LAYED BACK ENVIRONMENT.
Bad service and products. I go to a lot of hookah bars and I know what a good experience would be and in quavados you don’t get that. Customer service isn’t helpful even the product they use is not that good, I have coal and flavours at home are better than what they use.
WORST SHISHA WORST SERVICE IN CALGARY. This place has the most unprofessional and disrespectful owners EVER!!! Food tasted like it was heated up.The servers don’t have a clue of what they are doing as they are very inattentive and simply do not seem to care. Not worth the money we paid for three people. their shisha burns out after the five minutes, from there all you’re inhaling is a strong, burnt tobacco. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
Hookah is best in Calgary. Don’t come here for the food. It’s below average, tasteless and extremely overpriced.
WORST PLACE EVER. The servers are rude, brought us food we didn’t order then made us pay for it. Had someone come and visit us 4 times until we ordered, then never stopped by again. Force you to pay 10% gratuity on EVERY. SINGLE. BILL. Even if you’re a table of 2. The food isn’t even good. Very pushy with their rules, don’t care about the customer at all.
Worst Houkah Lounge….. wait for it…… EVER!!!!. Service was absolutely the worst I have ever recieved,On the phone, we were told they were Licenced, When we got their we found ou that they obviouly don’t know what that means. Food was okay at best and over priced. And they will only serve you bottled water. Which I could understand if the only thing we ordered was a Houkah. But we ordered 2 Houkahs and 5 meals.Houkah was well priced but thats about the only upside.Only reson we even stayed that long is we were waiting on people to meet us, as soon as they arrived we payed our bill and left.When we voiced our displeasure, the owner pretended he was the owner. Server told us he was. And No one seemed to care anyway.Will never go back and will never recommend.I will stick to Fire and Ice or Medina next time, where I know I will get good service and a much better atmosphere. Not to mention Food and Drinks.
