This place is now closed, went to go meet a freind for a coffee but the place is packed up and everything sitting inside. The coffee and service were never great and there really was no outside area to enjoy on 17th. There are other locations that had better service.
The management of this waves coffee is absolutely disappointing and careless managment.we paid for meeting room in advanced for upcoming friday @7 pm when we reached there it was shut downwith hanging note under construction. also staff didnt mentioned anything about renovation.they did not showed any value towards customers.CLIENTS make sure before you go there. SAVE TIME, SAVE TRUST OF YOUR CLIENTS.

Went the other day, good tea, great atmosphere. Nice place to relax. I’ll will be going again for sure.
A very disappointing experience. It had been a long time that I wanted to give this Wave Coffee a try and I finally did last Sun. morning in the 17th Ave. location where I was pushed back by WAVES of customer distraction.First of all when you order something, one person takes the order and he or she takes care of it to the end. It was completely different over there. Then everything was unreasonably expensive. It was a dry day but water was all over the floor and I realized that it was from a jar sitting by the counter! Also it was a mild day. Not cold at all and I felt that I was in oven! There were three guys sitting at a table talking very loudly in a forign language! What a perfect place! Even the McDonald’s a couple of blocks away provides a much better service!
They did an amazing job with this space! Beautiful! Espresso is excellent by chain standards too.
