My first time coming here, cute little place, small menu but good enough for a snack, i tried to ask for a takeout menu but they don’t have that so the only way to see what they have is to go in their website, I ordered on the phone and picked it up, very delicious and reasonable pricing , $44 with tip. I got egg waffle and 2x order of takoyaki and teapsy waffle and a coconut milk bbt with taro and red beans and a fresh taro with mango pop. It’s kind of far from where I live but I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area again or I’ll opt for delivery next time. Updated more pics: Japanese potato corn bread, more takoyaki 3x , matcha egg waffle and regular egg waffle, coconut milk slush with match ice cream bbt , and sea salt tieguanyin milk tea.
The cups are so cute! Third time being here, they use to serve the stay drinks in cool glass milk jars, now it’s just in the paper to go cups. Which is fine because it’s still cool-different. Tbh- only visited tonight because dream tea was closed- so hours here are alright; the drinks aren’t that greats, we also ordered takoyaki, yam fries and fries. Takoyaki was burnt on the bottom and not crispy, yam fries were yummy and came with a spicy mayo dipping sauce, normal fries were really crispy but what looked like ketchup tasted like marinara sauce(so we dipped it with the spicy mayo) The fries also tasted like they had instant noodle packet sprinkled over it, which I think is the reason why I liked it so much. ALSO, they added a second floor? Uno use to be a free game along with all the jenga and Asian board games, now uno along with other board games and ps4 games are on a glass case where they are only available in the second floor level. $15-for a small room $20-for a medium room $25-for a large room Charges per hour. Last option; though if dream tea isn’t open and I’m on whyte I don’t think I’d come back here anyway.
The first time i visited this bbt joint was when it was newly opened. My first experience here was a miss because when I tried to order bubble tea, they had ran out of everything I was craving.. it took me four tries to finally order a bubble tea flavour they didn’t run out of. i gave them the benefit of the doubt though because they were serving a full house that night. The second time i visited teapsy the place was not full so I expected average service. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE, not only did the server get my bubble tea order wrong, she also seemed like she needed to be somewhere else. The server kept rushing our order and writing down different food items even though I was clearly looking across from me to my friend talking to them about what food item to order.. if it weren’t for the games, i would have decided to never visit this place again.
This was my first visit here. I have heard many positive things come out from the people that have been there and sadly I am not one of them.Service was slow and they messed up my friends order after she specifically pointed to it on the menu.Their milk tea is very plain. AND NO TAPIOCA IN THEM?Bruh
Slowest service ever. Made both the drinks we ordered wrong but it was so slow we didn’t bother asking them to fix it. Never again.
Cute place but pretty pricey. Ordered bubble tea and expected sago/tapioca balls. Guess those have to be ordered for an extra charge! Chicken we got was good but again, expensive.
Really good grass jelly milk tea. Really enjoyed grass jelly mill tea and egg puff with green tea whipped cream was delicious ans great! would definately go for more!
