Ive been here before so I thought Id pop in for egg puffs. As soon as I entered, one of the two people standing in front went to the back and the other one stood there for a solid 5 minutes not even acknowledging me standing at the till waiting to order. Then the other one came to take my order I asked if they had egg puffs or egg waffles she said yes. I ordered it. 20 minutes later (considering there were no other orders this was ridiculously slow), I got my order. I made the mistake of not checking the to go box until I left but when I did I realized they gave me regular waffles. It was too late now so I tried the waffles and they were actually horrid. Will never be back or recommend to anyone. I feel like 1 Star is giving too much and no stars is more appropriate.
Hmm…. I wish I could say good things about Teapsy but it’s hard because this place is hit and miss. Sometimes, it’s amazing! And sometimes the service is terrible. My friend came and they forgot about her. Half an hour for a bubble tea… yikes! They’ve brought me the wrong bubble tea even. I don’t feel like their staff is paying attention sometimes. I find their bubble teas lacking in bubbles as well. Their food is not too bad but also nothing special. I like this place however because they’re in a great location and they’re open late. I have a soft spot for the swinging chairs.
