Poorest quality of service so far. I just witnessed today, breakfast time around 11am (Nov. 29) 2 elderly guests encountered rudeness in one of your staffs. And the rest of the staffs were not friendly. Unapproachable. I hope this will be raised immediately.
Funnest and friendliest Tim Hortons. This is by far my favourite Tim Hortons to go to. The staff is always so friendly and happy and they take time to remember my name, order and ask how I’ve been doing. I’m not sure when these other negative reviews were written but I have been going on my lunch break to this location for over a year and it’s always been great.
This Tim Hortons location consistently gets my order wrong, the past 5 trips have been a nightmare. Between new staff that no one seems to want to help to plain incompetence by the staff running the orders. The lines are ridiculously large because of the location but their staff doesn’t seem to be up for the challenge. For all their faults though, the staff is always happy to help fix the orders they’ve incorrectly served. Next time just get it right the first time.
Not good service at all. Cold, argumentative, terrible. Won’t be going back.
