This bar is under new management and it is very clean. Happy hour prices are amazing. $3 for 5oz. of house wine, $3 domestic bottles of beer, $3 single highballs and $4 sleeves of their house draft. They have wonderful food specials on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. $4 chicken taco’s on Tuesday and $4.99 per pound of wings on Thursday’s. There are drink specials everyday of the week. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. A great place to stop for lunch or beers and snacks during a hockey or football game. The steak bites are to die for and the house draft is refreshing.
Great little stop for Happy Hour.The weekday day staff is awesome as are most of the evening servers.The Management seems to cater to the staff that are from their homeland.Great Managers treat all the staff as equals.The food is reasonable even though it is prepared by the Dennys kitchen staff.The behaviour or some of the regulars would not be tolerated at Chuck Cheese!It’s time the Bar 1 head office gets it together and deals with the local managers!More restaurants will be coming soon in the neighbourhood that may be a welcome change!!
