Needed to broaden my sushi horizons so decided to stop here on a whim after an appointment on Feb 1, 2018. Arrived just before 1700. This is a small restaurant but dont let the size fool you. Menus, ordering sheets, and plates are on all the tables prior to seating. All of the usual standards are here; decent selection of nigiri and a small selection of sashimi. The menu is small but theres a bit of everything to keep everyone happy (including alcohol). I ordered salmon sashimi, toro sashimi, bugoyaki entree (comes with miso and rice), and crunchy salmon. Food came out quickly. Quality of the sushi is pretty good for Calgary however portion size isnt the best Ive seen. Service was friendly. Total bill was $57 including tax. A bit pricey for what you get.

Yum!. Bross is a great place to go for sushi dinner. We started out with tempura vegetables, dumplings and a delicious salad with a ton of avacado on it :). The sushi presentation was fantastic, and the food tasted delicious. Service was great. I will definitely be back!!
Not coming back. Have given them two chances at decent service, and the failed both times. Food is decent, but unfortunately the same can;t be said for the service. Incorrect orders, mixed up orders, food coming out at totally different times so that a party of four never gets their meal together, the list goes on and on. Apologies always after the fact with an excuse. Not good enough in the market today, we will not be going back, and with this level of service, they likely won’t be around long to go back to anyway.
Best. I mover to Calgary from Vancouver about 2 years ago. I am used to AMAZING sushi. Bross sushi is, by far, the best sushi place I have been in all of Calgary! They also boast amazing prices! Thank you for being awesome!!
Baby Back Ribs!. We did take out today. Our first time with the restaurant. We ordered Dynamic, Volcano, California and Crazy Rolls. They were pretty good but sushi rice was a bit under cooked. Seafood tempura was good too. Loved the salmon ones. Seaweed salad was nice. But my most favourite was baby back ribs. So delicious. The rolls were pretty big compare to another sushi places I’ve been. So overall the place is quite good. Fresh and delicious food.
Amazing food, great service!. I went to the Bross Sushi Bar & Grill today, and I have to say it’s well worth the visit. The food was prepared with very little of a wait and the employees were well mannered and happy to serve me right away. If you like sushi, you must try this place! And I also recommend trying their spicy pork.
