Heard about this place from a friend and we decided to try it out on the way back from elbow falls. Hands down the best cup of coffee I’ve had all year. Recommend this place for anybody in kananaskis country area!
Great coffee, baking and food in general. I love coming here, great atmosphere, a little Bragg creek treasure!That being said… This morning when I went in, I left and was fairly upset at what I had seen. There was a young girl working the till, obviously learning. And a man making the coffee beside her, obviously the owner or boss. The way that she was treated was unacceptable. No one should be talked to like that. I understand training new staff is frustrating, but you should always treat them with respect and remain professional, which this man was not. He was degrading, rude, impolite and publicly humiliating this poor girl. It was terrible to see.I do hope he reads this review. In the future, remember who’s watching, and to treat your employees with respect.
Delicious hot chocolate. They make their hot chocolate with chocolate milk! Delicious!
Super BLT Wrap.. I discovered this place on tuesday, when the other coffee shop was closed. I had a BLT Sun-Dried Tomato Wrap. This was amazing, AAA. The coffee was pretty good. I was camping out in Paddy’s Flat or else I would have gone back into town for another wrap.Wednesday, I stopped here again. This time I had a Roast Turkey on Bagel. The prices are ok. They do get a lot of bicyclists stopping here. A great place to just hang out. The staff are friendly.
Good for a quick breaky!. Good coffee and tasty offerings for breakfast or brunch. Major hangout for cyclists going up and down the Cowboy trail.
Very good sandwich stop. Excellent breakfast and lunch stop. All of their sandwiches are excellent but my favorite is the Lox on a bagel.
Skiing Coffee. Anytime we all go skiing, it is a MUST, a MUST that we stop at the Cinnamon spoon. They open at 5:30, and when yo go it, youll find Mike, the owner milling about baking and talking to the surprisingly large crowd of people inside, considdering the time of day. he makes great specialty coffee, has sausage rolls and other small breakfast items, great for portability in the car. Also in the summer, a common hang out for the cyclists from calgary, so watch the parking lot!
